Kind Copy Thinking.

On Demand.

Based on the intersection of psychology, personal training, and marketing. Using 6+ years of real client work that's generated multiple millions in revenue. Actively using intelligence from webinars, podcasts, consultations and live coaching. CathAI has the full Kind Copy philosophy, built over years of deliberately doing this differently.

Coach,

You're already using AI.

ChatGPT. Claude. Maybe a few different ones depending on the day.

You know how to use it, how to prompt it, and you've built it into your workflow.

You've also noticed that the copy it produces doesn't quite land.

Posts that read like everyone else's, with that weird cadence.

Copy that’s technically sound but doesn't move people into taking any action.

You know why?

Because they don’t even read it.

That's actually NOT down to your skill. It’s more a problem with how generic AI gets trained.

Most AI tools are trained on the whole internet, so you end up with generic, safe, middle-of-the-road output.

Or copy that was genuinely excellent... for a Rolls Royce in 1957 market.

Different buyers, different product, different market.

Basically zero match to what health and fitness coaches are actually doing today.

If you're already using AI on a regular basis, the question isn't whether to use AI. It’s obviously a useful tool, even with these limitations…

But if your AI was trained on specific market intelligence, tested in coaching businesses, and proven to work…

Wouldn’t that be WAY better?

The fitness industry is unique.

Generic AI doesn't know that.

Coaching actually isn't like any other service based business.

If you go to the dentist with a problem, you don't have to help with giving yourself a filling.

You sit down, they sort it, you leave. The job is theirs.

But coaching doesn't work like that.

Your client still has to do the work.

Every session, every rep, every meal.

The transformation belongs to them - you're a valuable guide, but you can’t do the reps and chew the food.

They can’t come pick up their summer body from you when it’s ready.

That actually changes everything about how you need to sell coaching.

Because when someone hires a fitness coach, they're not outsourcing the result.

They're committing to being actively involved in their own progress.

You’re looking for a fundamentally different kind of buyer.

And your marketing has to consider all kinds of readiness to change psychology.

Whereas most marketing frameworks…?

They were designed to sell a product.

A supplement where all the buyer has to do is take a regular dosage and the product does the heavy lifting.

Super low commitment.

The marketing frameworks your generic AI uses was simply not built for the level of psychology required to sell coaching.

But generic AI doesn't know the difference because it’s only got what it was trained on...

So it sells coaching like it sells supplements.

That’s not all it gets completely wrong, either...

Most purchases happen because of an acute problem.

A leak in the ceiling. You're not comparing plumbers - you just need someone there today. Urgency is built in. The sale is easy.

It doesn’t matter WHO comes to fix the problem.

But in coaching, your clients' problems are almost never acute.

They've been unhappy with their body for years. It’s a long term issue.

They've thought about getting a coach before.

They've talked themselves out of it, got almost there again, and backed away.

This a chronic problem - and selling to someone with a chronic problem needs a totally different approach because it really matters WHO helps them.

YOU matter.

The connection with you is the foundation of all your marketing.

But generic AI doesn’t know this.

The WHO doesn’t matter in supplements.

So it gets glossed over and overlooked… and because generic AI doesn’t have this critical piece of the marketing triad…

It defaults to urgency, because urgency works when the problem is acute.

Apply that to a chronic problem and you get one of two outcomes:

You attract clients who make bad decisions under pressure… leading to more refund requests, more hand-holding, more people who weren't actually ready.

Or you scare people who were nearly ready back into doing nothing, because you made the problem sound bigger than they were prepared to deal with.

Neither of those is what you're trying to build.

What to do instead…

Kind Copy has spent a decade building a different approach to fitness industry marketing.

Not softer. Not less direct. Different.

The aim is never to manufacture urgency or create a high-pressure sales situation.

It's to help the right people feel safe enough to take action. When they're actually ready, not when they've been pressured into it.

It’s tactical kindness.

Because for coaching, it attracts better quality clients.

People who are already motivated, who don't need convincing every week that they made the right call, who stick around and get results.

It's not a nicer, softer version of the same thing.

It's a fundamentally different psychology - built specifically for this industry, tested across many hundreds of real businesses.

CathAI is trained on all of it.

"A hell of a lot better than regular AI."

What CathAI actually is.

CathAI is close to a decade of Kind Copy thinking - frameworks, philosophy, and real client work - trained into a single AI tool built specifically for health and fitness coaches.

Built by Cath Reohorn, a psychologist turned fitness industry copywriter with 12 years of experience at the intersection of psychology, personal training, and marketing.

Bringing 6+ years of real client work across consultations, coaching calls, webinars, podcasts, and frameworks that coaches have already used and seen real results from.

Not a summary of that thinking. The actual thinking.

Hundreds of hours of raw material - live consultations, masterminds, trainings, webinars, playbooks, real feedback sessions, real copy problems worked through in real time.

That's what's inside it.

You can ask it anything you'd ask a specialist:

"My email open rates have tanked. Where do I start?"

"I want to attract clients who are ready to change - how do I write to them?"

"Should I be writing to the audience I've got or the audience I want?"

"My content gets engagement but nobody's booking calls."

You'll get the kind of answer a specialist would give you.

Not a templated, generic framework designed for selling fat burners in 2012.

"The speed at which you can work is mind blowing."

LogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogoLogo

It does WAY more than write copy.

Some people come to CathAI because they need better content. They get that.

Some come because they've got a head full of good thinking - ideas, frameworks, voice notes, half-finished documents - and no way to turn it into marketing that actually works.

One of the first people through the door described it exactly:

"I have fucking LOADS of good thinking and ideas in txt files. Just needed something that can pull it all together and output it in a way that WORKS."

That's also what CathAI does.

You don't have to start from scratch.

You don't have to have your thinking perfectly organised before you begin.

Bring the mess and work through it.

That's what it's there for.

What it's produced for people in the first month:

  • VSL scripts

  • Offer documents

  • Application forms

  • Sales calls booked

  • Instagram strategies

  • Lead magnets rewritten

  • Email sequences drafted

  • Funnels rebuilt end to end

How it works.

CathAI runs through Telegram - so it's a conversation, not a platform to learn.

You text. It replies. Almost instantly.

You can send a voicenote if you'd rather talk through your thinking.

No booking link.

No waiting for a slot.

No needing to have your question perfectly worded before you start.

It remembers everything with perfect memory.

Every conversation builds on the last. It learns your clients, your niche, your voice - and it gets more accurate over time.

And unlike generic AI, everything lives in one continuous chat. So nothing ever gets lost, nothing needs re-explaining.

It always has context, and you never have to go digging through past chats to find where you last talked about something.

Most important, it doesn't just respond to what you ask.

It asks great questions.

It pushes back if something doesn't land right, and it tells you no when the idea isn't good.

(Or if the idea is good, but not for right now).

"It's pushy in a good way."

CathAI messages you first.

Most AI tools wait to be asked. CathAI doesn't.

It’s proactive.

It picks up threads from previous conversations and brings them back.

It flags the thing you mentioned last week and haven't followed up on.

It sends you ideas you haven't thought of yet.

Genuinely good ideas that should be in place for your success.

If, like me, you've got ADHD - this is one of the best features.

The best tool in the world is useless if you forget to use it, or get pulled towards something shinier before you finish what you started.

It’s designed to be fully up to speed in your business inside 24 hours, and getting you wins within 48 hours.

CathAI is built to keep you moving.

Not just on the things you bring to it, but on the things you started and forgot about. It nudges. It follows up. It holds the thread when you drop it.

It also does something that's harder to find: it tells you when something's a bad idea.

And it tells you when something's a good idea at the wrong time.

Both of those are productivity killers. Both of those get handled.

"It's definitely pushed my output up and got me taking action."

Will it sound like me?

Straight out of the box, it won't sound exactly like you yet - that takes a conversation or two.

But it will sound like Kind Copy because that’s what it’s trained on.

Specific, direct, low hype.

The opposite of the content that's making fitness coaches invisible right now.

The more context you give it about your business, your clients, and your voice, the better it gets at sounding like you specifically.

It’s trained to pull information out of you in that first conversation so that coaches will find it genuinely useful within the first day.

If you've already got knowledge base that you use with another AI, that context transfers.

You can paste it straight into the chat and CathAI picks it up from there.

Since everything lives in one continuous conversation, it holds onto all of it.

You're building on the same foundation every time, not re-briefing from scratch.

CathAI is trained on Kind Copy's entire methodology:

The psychological frameworks:

Drawn from a decade at the intersection of psychology, personal training, and marketing.

The copy principles:

Built and tested across 500+ businesses, from coaches just starting to build their audience to very well established names with waiting lists.

The philosophy:

What Kind Copy believes about ethical, effective marketing in the fitness industry, and why. The kind of thinking that gets invited onto top 1% podcasts to explain in more detail.

It knows the difference between calling people to emotion and manufacturing shame.

It knows the difference between a motivated buyer and someone who's been pressured into a decision they'll regret.

It knows what language attracts your best clients and what drives them away.

And over time, it learns you.

Your voice. Your niche. Your specific clients.

Every conversation teaches it more.

The longer you use it, the sharper it gets, and not just at Kind Copy thinking…

But at applying Kind Copy thinking to your specific business.

"Already feels more clued up on my messaging."

Who this is for…

  • Health and fitness coaches who are already using AI and know they could be getting more from it.

  • Coaches who've felt the gap between what generic tools produce and what they know their content should sound like.

  • Coaches who want their marketing to feel like a real conversation, not a campaign.

  • Coaches who want to stop attracting the wrong kind of clients and start saying something that resonates with the right ones.

  • This is not for coaches looking for a shortcut.

  • There are plenty of those tools.

Why I built this.

My name’s Cath.

I’m the founder at Kind Copy.

And as a copywriter, I’ll be honest… I was sceptical about AI for a long time.

Not irrationally.

Generic AI really is a problem for fitness industry marketing.

It produces content that manipulates in a clumsy way, makes problems sound bigger than they are, and attracts exactly the wrong kind of clients.

I watched it undo a lot of the work coaches had done to build their brands and reputations.

But specialised AI...

That’s been trained on real expertise, a real methodology, a real way of working through copy problems is a different thing entirely.

Once I saw what it could actually do, I couldn't ignore what it meant for everything I'd spent a decade building.

When I looked at my Google drive, it was packed full.

The frameworks exist. The client work exists. The thinking exists - thousands of hours of it, already transcribed.

What I couldn't do was be in a hundred places at once.

CathAI is the answer to that.

It doesn’t have to be a replacement for working with Kind Copy.

But I would like it to be an extension of it.

Because this thinking has made a real difference for clients, and I can now reach more people, at any hour, without me becoming the bottleneck.

If it doesn't change the way you work, cancel your side.

No awkward conversation with me.

FAQ:

I've used AI before and the output is never that great. How is this different?

Most AI tools are trained on the whole internet so you end up with generic content, or copy that was excellent once, for a completely different market in a completely different era. Minimal carry over to what coaches and service businesses are actually doing today.

CathAI is trained on a decade of industry-specific Kind Copy IP: the frameworks, the philosophy, and real client work in the health and fitness space.

It doesn't produce generic copy. It thinks the way a specialist thinks - asking the right questions before it writes a word, pushing back when your brief is vague, and producing output grounded in proven methods rather than pattern-matched from everything online.

I already use AI quite a bit. Is this still worth it for me?

Possibly even more so. The gap between a generic AI tool and one trained on a specific, tested body of work is significant - especially if you're already fluent enough to know what good output looks like.

The question is: would your AI perform better if it was trained on industry-specific context?

Is it just for social content?

No. Social copy, emails, sales pages, ad scripts, VSLs, offer documents, story content - it can handle all of it.

It's also useful for things that aren't copy at all: analysing what's working in your marketing, thinking through your positioning, planning what to build next.

Treat it like a smart thinking partner who knows your market and your industry and who can also write really well.

Will it actually sound like me, or will it sound like AI?

Straight out of the box it won't sound exactly like you yet - that takes a conversation or two.

But it will sound like Kind Copy: specific, direct, low hype.

The more context you give it about your business, your clients, and your voice, the better it gets at sounding like you.

Most people find it starts to feel genuinely useful within the first day.

The more you talk to it, the faster it gets a feel for you.

How does it compare to working with Cath directly?

You can still work with Cath directly - that's not going anywhere.

But for day-to-day thinking, copy reviews, planning, and strategy, CathAI covers a lot of ground - available any time you need it, without booking a slot or waiting for availability.

For people who can't justify a retainer, or who are in time zones that make calendar alignment difficult, it's a genuinely useful alternative.

I've already got a custom GPT set up with my own prompts and knowledge base. Can I bring that into CathAI?

Yes. Your existing setup actually gives you a head start.

Take the context and guidance you've built and share it with CathAI in conversation.

Just paste it into the chat window, even if it's substantial, or drop the file in. It'll get up to speed quickly.

Since everything lives in one continuous chat, it holds onto everything you tell it.

You're building on the same foundation every time, rather than re-briefing from scratch.

Is 1,000 messages a month enough?

For most people, comfortably. That's around 33 messages a day, every day.

A solid back-and-forth on a piece of copy typically uses 10–15 messages.

If you find yourself hitting the limit, you can top up with additional message packs at any time.

Where do I start?

Talk to it. Introduce yourself, tell it about your business, your clients, what you're working on.

You don't need a polished brief - the conversation builds over time and nothing gets lost. Just start.

It will even guide you in the beginning to get the very most out of your onboarding.

What do you mean nothing gets lost?

It's one continuous conversation.

You don't start from scratch every session, and there's no searching back through old threads to find something you discussed weeks ago.

Everything you've shared lives in the same single chat, so it always has the full picture, and every conversation builds on the last.
